Project Overview

This is an incredibly easy-to-use white noise app for iOS, tailored for middle-aged and elderly users. It features a light theme and a dark theme for a night-friendly experience. Users can also customize the app with various icons and theme colors to match their phone wallpapers, adapting to different color schemes and moods.

Design Purpose

Satisfying market needs

During the global COVID-19 pandemic when lockdowns were common, people wanted more health-related apps for indoor activities. I worked with a startup in Silicon Valley as a Product designer designing a simple white noise app to help with sleep issues.

Supporting Better Sleep for Older Adults

This demographic often struggles with sleep due to stress, noise, or shifting sleep patterns. The app is designed with their preferences and tech comfort in mind, offering a simple, intuitive tool that promotes better sleep and overall well-being.
